Often, you don’t want to lug around a tripod or even a monopod. The SteadePod easily attaches to your tripod mount. You then extend its cable to the ground and hold it in place with your foot. The resulting tension of the grounded cable allows you to grab smoother shots without any large pieces of gear around.
